Following is FAQs list. Please read these before reaching to us for any questions.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Our products comes from many sources and suppliers, from U.S.A, Singapore, to China. Therefore, shipping times will be varied depending on where you live. Most of our customers get their order within three weeks after fulfilment. Please note that due to high demand on some order, the delivery time may be significantly longer. Also factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

WHERE’S MY ORDER?

After your order is fulfilled, we will send an email to you with a shipping tracking number. If you opt for the registered shipping method, you can track it from supplier to your home country. However, for the free shipping method, you can only track the item until it leaves the manufacturer's home country.

In most of the cases, the item will reach your shipping address within three weeks. However, there are rare case when the item reach customer after more than 30 days. If this happens, please contact us and we will investigate your order.

WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?

If you ordered multiple items from multiple suppliers, they will be dispatched separately, and most probably arrive separately, but rest assured, they are on their way!

THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER.

All domestic delivery issues become the responsibility of the domestic carriers once it’s been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers. You can contact your domestic carrier to locate your package at your local post office.

Only ONE discount can be applied at checkout. Add your discount code when you view your cart.

HOW DO I ORDER WHOLESALE (BULK)?

Please contact us via the following link for a wholesale discount. We will respond to all emails within 48 hours. We offer 35%+ off every product + free Priority Mail shipping on all wholesale orders

WHAT IS THE STORE CANCELATION POLICY?

For all other order cancellations, please contact us immediately on (Customerservice.yourthing@gmail.com). We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Once the order request has been processed (generally within a couple hours), your order cannot be canceled.
